Today’s WOD: Front Squat, 1RM
Got 145#, which was a PR. Well, I am calling it a PR because I’ve only done front squats once and it was less than 100#.
Not just the 1RM, also worked on mobility (couch stretch, band assisted squats and PVC pipe work).
Just finished doing the No Bread Challenge with Craic. It was 50 days of eating clean – no refined carbs, no potatoes, no processed sugar, no grains, no dairy, no chemicals. Once the challenge was over, I had a few cheat meals over the weekends. In addition, I’ve started eating cheese again. I need to ease back in with moderation, or it will be a slippery slope.
Today’s food (so far):
Breakfast: Lemon fish oil, Paleo chocolate scone, omelette with bacon, american cheese, onion and mushroom
Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken, lettuce, artichokes, carrots, feta cheese, cauliflower
