Tomorrow, the No Bread Challenge begins at Crossfit Craic. This is the 4th time that they have run this challenge. It’s a food challenge, fitness challenge, lifestyle transformation challenge all wrapped into one.
As mentioned in my previous post, we will start the challenge by doing Fran. I’ll let you know how I do tomorrow. In addition, it’s all about eating clean and paleo-esque. It’s based off this credo that can be found on StevesOriginal.com:
In order to be fully transparent during the challenge, I’ll not only be logging my workouts during the challenge, but also what I’m eating as well. It will give me a nice record of my journey through this challenge and keep me honest.
