No Bread Challenge – Day 32
Realized that I never posted my score when I blogged about the original AMRAP 10 for the testing day. Thank god we post all our scores on the Craic main site. I guess I was too busy bitching about much the WoD sucked. Today, I did some more modifications than I did for the original one, so I knew I’d be able to move through it a little faster than I did before. Original score was 4+10. Today I did ring pulls and non-push-up burpees. I definitely felt stronger with this one. The pacing work we’ve done over the last 6 weeks has really helped. Final score: 5+17. Definite improvement.
Tomorrow is 1RM clean and jerk. I’m going for my 1RM clean only. MRA is on Monday.
