I’m back at work, still feeling a bit low energy. Haven’t worked out since my shit show attempt on Tuesday night. Hoping to get back at it tomorrow.
Being sick and stuck on the couch, I’ve had the opportunity to watch a lot Friday Night Lights in between naps. I’ve never seen the series before and am completely hooked. What an exceptional slice of television heaven! I also love the Dillon Panther / Coach Taylor credo and it applies to all aspects of life (including Crossfit).
