Rest day today for me.  3 pretty tough days and my body needed the rest.

Haven’t really mentioned my eating habits as of late because I forget to blog what I eat, but for the record, I’ve managed to stay on the straight and narrow for the last couple of weeks.  Niko is also doing this with me – so it makes things easier.

We’ve been eating Paleo Power Meals for most of our dinners, which make life a lot easier and delicious. When we have leftover stuff, we usually scramble it with some eggs.  Yummy!  You can learn more about its origins and owner here:
