SORE

Yesterday, when Glen told me to do 80% of 80%, I should have stuck with that.  I’m paying for it today.

My quads and abs are so sore.  It takes me twice as long to get up from my desk, and when I do, it takes me a bit to get the creaks out and get moving.  I decided not to workout today because I leave early tomorrow morning for a business trip and didn’t want to make matters worse before I get on a plane.  This is what I keep telling myself today:

Hoping to get a workout in at some Crossfit box while I’m in Dallas.  My friend, and fellow Crossfitter, Ann is going to be there too, so hoping to meet up and do a WoD with her.  Most likely, 13.2.
