Today, I went into Open Gym at 7:30 and did a mini-wod. I warmed up on the airdyne, did some mobility and then went through my three rounds at increasing weight of bicep curls (10 each arm) and 15 skull crushers. I went 15#, 20#, 25#. The last couple of times I did 25#, I only managed to squeak a couple out before my form and arm placement went crazy. Today I did all 15! Then I closed out with some more time on the air dyne and external rotations. Nothing major to report.
