As you set your goals for 2014

Legs were completely smoked from Monday’s workout, but decided to get one last workout of 2013 in.  There was some of dip / pull-up strength / skill work in the beginning of class (I did ring rows, skull crushers, and bicep curls) and then we did a repeat of the 13.2 workout from the Crossfit Games Open last year.  It’s the one I did with Ann at Crossfit Heat in Dallas, TX.  The one where I was hoping for five rounds, but actually got seven?  Yea, that one.

Was messing around in my head with doing the Rx weight (75#) or bumping down to the INT weight at 55#.  The weight at 55# seemed too light for me – so i just decided to do 75# and see how my score compared.  In my head, I thought I only got 5 rounds during the open.

10-Deadlifts
15-Box Jumps

I don’t have a ton to say about this workout except my legs were dead tired and I got 5+18.  I was disappointed after looking back on my blog and seeing I did 7 rounds last year during the open.

It’s officially 2014.  Had a great dinner with some friends last night and then went to a party with our usual crowd that we ring in the new year with.  I’m not going to lie, I was having a good hair and make-up night last night.  BAMF.
